WRIR 2021 T-Shirt Contest Illustration

An Illustration entry made for WRIR-LP 97.3 FM, a local public radio station serving the Richmond Metropolitan Area. When I was first coming up with ideas on how to best represent WRIR, I came up with the basis of using three core values that illustrate them the radio station best: Community, Diversity and Public Service.

To that end, I then came up with the idea of a radio station being run by local Virginian wildlife. Although my design wasn’t chosen for the t-shirt, the people of WRIR were still grateful for the illustration I’ve created.
